In 1995, she graduated from Kharkiv State Medical University with a degree in “Medical and Preventive Affairs”. In 2020 received a Master of Public Administration qualification from the Kharkiv Regional Institute of Public Administration of the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine.

In 2016 defended the dissertation on the topic “Substantiation of the Regional Concept for the Protection of Public Health and the Environment from the Impact of Waste” and received the scientific degree of Candidate of Medical Sciences.

She completed advanced training courses and an internship cycle in the specialty “Communal Hygiene”, advanced training courses in the specialty “Environmental Management” at the interdisciplinary HRD Institute at National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute"with subsequent internship at the universities of Lyon (France) and Granada (Spain); courses of thematic improvement "Modern socio-economic and legal aspects of healthcare management" and specialization in the specialty "Healthcare Organization and Management"; underwent scientific and pedagogical internship at the Sapienza University, Rome (Italy) under the program "New and Innovative Methods of Teaching in Medicine". She received the "Cambridge English Language Assessment" certificate (B2 level).

She is an auditor of food safety management systems in accordance with the requirements of ISO 22000.

She heads the municipal enterprise "Sanepidservice" of the Department of Health of the Kharkiv City Council, which carries out a wide range of laboratory research, provides consulting services in the field of ensuring sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the population and public health, and which is a practice base for higher education students studying disciplines at the Department of Hygiene and Social Medicine of the V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University.

She is the author of 42 scientific and methodological works, including 19 scientific papers published in domestic and international peer-reviewed professional publications, including 1 publication indexed in the international scientometric database Scopus.

She regularly participates in Ukrainian and international scientific and practical conferences and seminars.

She is a member of the public organization "Ukrainian Association of Public Health".
