In 1996, she graduated from Kharkiv State Polytechnic University with a degree in Applied Mathematics and a diploma in Mathematics. She upgraded her qualifications in the field of psychology and pedagogy of higher education at the School of Pedagogical Excellence of V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, at the courses of specialization "Psychological and Pedagogical Foundations of Higher Education" at the KhMAPE and "Ukrainian Language - Professional Orientation" at the Center for Postgraduate Education of V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University. She has confirmed her English language proficiency at Upper Intermediate Level (B2).

She is the author of 19 scientific and methodological works, including 6 articles in professional journals.

She has repeatedly participated in national and international scientific and practical conferences.
