In 2009 defended theses on «Functional cardio-respiratory system visually impaired preschool children» and a degree of candidate of biological sciences. In 2015 she was awarded the academic title of associate professor of valeology.

Since 2015 she has been working at the Department of Hygiene and Social Medicine at V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University.

She was the executor of state budget research topics of applied nature, including the hygienic direction «Technology to increase the immunocompetence of children with sensory system defects» (№ state registration 0111U000017), «Development of health-preserving psychological and pedagogical technology for people with visual impairments» (№ state registration 0111U010552), the fragment of SRW «Determine medical and social conditions for the positive impact of the family on maintaining and strengthening the health of school-age children», SRW «Neurodynamic study of the functional state of cortico-subcortical structures of the brain of primary school students». Currently serving as the principal investigator of the research project “Identification of Features of Psychosocial Functioning of University Students in Ukraine” (№ state registration 0125U002759).

She is a member of the Federation of European Neuroscience Societies, Ukrainian Society of Neurosciences, P.G. Kostyuk Ukrainian Physiological Society, Ukrainian Association of Public Health.

She is the author of more than 200 scientific and methodical works, including 69 articles in professional journals, 12 articles in Scopus and Web of Science, 2 monographs, 2 textbooks with the stamp of the Ministry of Education and Science, 3 curricula with the stamp of the Ministry of Education and Science, 11 textbooks. She has 11 certificates of copyright registration for the scientific work. Constantly participates in national and international scientific and practical conferences on clinical neurophysiology, psychology and hygiene of children and adolescents.
