Additional information: Bozhok G. graduated from the School of Biology of V. N. Karazin's Kharkov National University. She defended the candidate’s thesis “Features of the populational heterogeneity of rat erythrocytes under dehydration-rehydration” in 1996, specialty 03.00.13 “Human and Animal Physiology”. She defended dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Biological Science “Cryopreservation and induction of tolerance as factors of impact on the structural and functional preservation of endocrine tissues aftertransplantation” at the Institute for Problems of Cryobiology and Cryomedicine of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine in 2013, specialty “cryobiology”.

Bozhok G. is the author of more than 180 scientific publications and 7 patents of Ukraine. She completed an internship abroad in the Department of Transplant and Visceral Surgery at the High Medical School of Hannover, Germany (2002-2003). She took part in international research projects of the Scientific and Technological Center of Ukraine “Cells of the “side population” in the endocrine glands and their transplantation into animals with hormonal isufficiency” (2006-2009) and “The development of new fluorescent dyes for cell monitoring in vitro and at transplantation” (2012-2013). She was awarded a V. P. Komissarenko’s prize of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine in the field of pathophysiology, clinical and experimental endocrinology (2017).
