Associate Professor of the Department of Clinical Immunology and Allergology of the School of Medicine of V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University Svitlana Hennadiyivna Malanchuk took part in “International Conference on Virology, Bacteriology and Infectious Diseases” held during 26-28 November, 2018 Rome, Italy. The Conference included multimedia presentations, special sessions, seminars, symposiums, scientific debates, poster presentations and exhibitions etc. Due to participation in the event scientist from all over the world investigating global trends of infectious diseases origin and treatment and diagnosis progress the conference became the best opportunity to get modern world experience and to share results of own scientific investigations. On November 2018, Karazin University was visited by the delegation from “Sapienza” University of Rome, namely President of Nursing Department of the School of Medicine, Full Professor Gianfranco Rajmondi, Full Professor Nicolo Marchetto, and Full Professor Antonello Cyaramella. In the course of the visit it was held a meeting with Vice-President of Karazin University Zarif Nazyrov, Dean of the School of Medicine Ihor Beloz’orov and Head of the International Activity Organizing Department Oleksandr Fadyeyev.

On the 27th of November, 2018 there took place a report back-election conference of the School of Medicine Student Council at V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, in which participated the Dean of the School of Medicine, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Full Professor Igor V. Belozorov, Deputy Dean for Educational Work Anastasia V. Kremen, Student Dean of the School of Medicine Ksenia B. Romanovskaya and the students of the faculty. The conference was addressed by: Ksenia B. Romanovskaya, Student Dean of the School of Medicine from 2016 to 2018 presenting a report on the work undertaken; Anastasia S. Sereda, 2-year student of the School of Medicine presenting a Student Council performance improvement plan for the coming year.

On November 28, 2018 on the basis of the Northern Building Gym of V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University in the course of University Students Games it was held competition in table tennis. According to the results students of the School of Medicine Oleksandr Savin (4th year) and Lionh An’ Tuan (5th year) won the 1st place.

On October 17, 2018, at the reporting conference, all interested persons could formally join the Student Scientific Society. Also Sazonova Taisia and Kulminskaya Vladislav presented the Konrad Adenauer Foundation and the Scholarship Program that they received recently.

On November 25, 2018 on the basis of sports complex “Unifext” of V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University it was held a competition in mini-football among student teams of the School of Medicine to win the Dean Cup, that already became traditional. The Cup was won by the team of the 5th year students.

Doctors and instructors together overcome the difficulties of adolescence! On November 15-16, 2018 under such a slogan, a scientific-practical conference with international participation "Actual issues of physiology, pathology and organization of medical care for children of school age and adolescents" was held on the basis of the State Organization “Institute for the Protection of Children's and Adolescents' Health of the NAMS of Ukraine”.

On the 15th of November 2018 the second meeting was held within the framework of the educational project "Neurological control". The event will be organized by the representatives of the Ukrainian Medical Students’ Association, in the framework of the Medical Education committee (SCOME), on the basis of the State Organization “Institute of Neurology, Psychiatry and Narcology of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine”, with the support of the Department of Clinical Neurology, Psychiatry and Narcology of V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, within the framework of the university program "Students health".

November 16, 2018 at the V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University in the framework of the International Scientific Conference “Kharkov sociological readings. The language of sociology: modern trends” held a round table “Attitude to medical reform of participants in the educational process in the medical industry”. The discussion was held in the base of interdisciplinary interaction of members of the sociological faculty and the medical community.
