She is the chairman of the Steering Committee of the European Organization of Stroke in Ukraine. She is a member of the European Academy of Neurology, the European Stroke Society. She participates in the orders development of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, national standards and protocols for the provision of medical care to patients with neurological pathology. She is the editor of the International Neurological Journal, the Russian-language version of the International Journal of STROKE, a member of the editorial boards of 5 Ukrainian specialized medical journals.
