He is a member of the Tourist Board of the Kharkiv City Council, is a member of the working group on branding University of Kharkiv, in the expert council of the University Media Studio. He supervises works of the Minor Academy of Sciences. He has scientific training abroad. He graduated from the International School of History, Warsaw University.
