Additional information: is the author and co-author of 22 scientific and methodical works, including one registered invention. From 1994 to 2007 he served as assistant professor of the department of general psychology and pedagogy as well as senior researcher of the research laboratory of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. During the period from 1998 to 2007 he had five long-term business trips in the peacekeeping mission of the United Nations in Bosnia, Kosovo and the Sudan as an observer, adviser to international civilian police and employee psychological service (CAST – Counselling and Support Team) in Kosovo. He graduated from the seminars, which were organized and carried out by the director of the Swiss Institute of psychological trauma on the subject of «Psychotrauma, stress management, debriefing, defusing»; Medical Institute of the Air Forces of Germany on the subject of «Crisis management and alcoholism problems in the foreign mission»; OSCE on the topic «Non-verbal communication. Teambuilding and conflict management». Since 2007, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine pensioner, retired police colonel, a veteran of the war who took part in fighting. From 2008 to 2011 he worked on contract as a permanent employee of the United Nations in the Sudan, as the head of Regional Psychological Service (Regional Staff Counsellor)
