Students and teachers of the School of Medicine took part in the planting of 215 trees in different locations of Kharkiv on the occasion of the 215th anniversary of Karazin University. The Dean of the School of Medicine, Doctor of Medicine, Full Professor I.V. Belozorov, teachers and students of the School took an active part in the event. After the event, everyone was treated to a hot and tasty kulesh from the field kitchen.

On November 11, 2019, the traditional Open Day was held at the School of Medicine of V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University. Applicants who were interested in obtaining high-quality classical higher medical education visited the School of Medicine.

As part of a research project of human anatomy was held a seminar for English speaking students included topic of cardiovascular system. Seminar was held on October 21 and 28, 2019.

On October 29, 2019 more than 15 instructors of the School of Medicine of V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University successfully passed exams and finished their traineeship “New and Innovative Pedagogical Methods in Medicine” (120 academic hours, 4 ECTS credits) at Medical University of Lublin (Poland).

The event was organized by the representatives of the Ukrainian Medical Students’ Association in V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, in the framework of the Medical Education Committee (SCOME), on the basis of the State Organization “Institute of Neurology, Psychiatry and Narcology of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine”, with the support of the Department of Clinical Neurology, Psychiatry and Narcology of V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, within the framework of the university program "Students health".
