On October 9, a presentation of the Local Office of the Ukrainian Medical Students' Assosiation at the V.N. Kharkiv National University will take place. During the presentation, everyone can get acquainted with the structure of the organization, the main committees, implemented projects. There will also be presented opportunities for medical internships.

October 5, 2018

The Scientific Society of School of Medicine announces the registration to the educational course for students of 3-6 courses "Fundamentals of Cardiology", which will be held by the Department of General Practice and Family Medicine. The first meeting will be held on October 5, 2018 at 11 a.m. The duration of the first meeting is 40 minutes. The format of the meeting: "Questions - answers".

Kharkiv Regional organization of Red Cross Community of Ukraine supported by the School of Medicine of V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University invites students to take part in the action dedicated to the World Day of First Aid. The event takes place on September 8, 2018 from 10.00 till 11.30 in front of the main entrance of M. V. Lysenko Kharkiv National Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre.

On May 24-25, 2018 in V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University it is going to be held the XLVIII International Scientific-and-Practical Conference “Lasers Applying in Medicine and Biology” dedicated to the memory of the famous Ukrainian physiotherapist and balneologist, PhD in medicine, Full Professor L. D. Tondij. The conference is supported by Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, State Institution “V. T. Zajcev Institute of General and Emergency Surgery of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine”, Kharkiv National Academy of Postgraduate Education and sanatorium “Roshha”.

Young Scientists Council of State Organization “Institute for the Protection of Children's and Adolescents' Health of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine”, Scientific Society of the School of Medicine of V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, Young Scientists Council of Kharkiv Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education inform that on March 29, 2018, the third annual scientific and practical conference of young scientists on topical issues of pediatrics will be held. The conference will be dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine "Topical Problems of Pediatrics". The conference will present scientific achievements of students and young scientists under the age of 35 in various fields of pediatrics and pediatric surgery. The best works among oral reports, poster presentations and theses will be rewarded with diplomas.
