Instructors of the School of Medicine - participants of the III Congress of the Sociological Association of Ukraine

Instructors of the Department of Hygiene and Social Medicine of the School of Medicine of V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University took part in the work of the III Congress of Sociological Association of Ukraine. The most important issues of our time, above all, concerning social differentiation and interaction under the given conditions were discussed at the congress.

Instructors of the School of Medicine highlighted in their reports such questions: "Self-evaluation of health and quality of life as a criterion for determining social inequality among children and adolescents" (G. M. Danilenko, Z. V. Sotnikova-Meleshkina); "Military conflict in Ukraine: medical and social consequences for children" (I. V. Belozorov, T. V. Peresypkina, I. S. Lebets); "Medical and social problems of maintaining the health of young students" (G. M. Danilenko, T. V Merkulova, I. V. Mezhibetska); "Prevalence of smoking among students in the main school with different levels of educational activity" (V. G. Nesterenko).

At the event numerous social problems of our time were considered and ways of their overcoming were suggested.
