Regular meeting of the student scientific group of the department of hygiene and social medicine

On 03/04/2024, another meeting of the student scientific group of the Department of Hygiene and Social Medicine was held regarding the preparation for the XXI international scientific conference of students, young scientists and specialists "Actual issues of modern medicine".

The meeting was attended by acting head of the department, Doctor of Medicine, Nataliya MIKHANOVSKA, head of the student research group, Doctor of Medicine, prof. Zhanna SOTNIKOVA-MELESHKINA, supervisors of scientific student works, Doctor of Medicine, Assoc. Oksana BOBROVA, Doctor of Medicine, Assoc. Krystyna KRYVONOS, Ph.D., Assoc. Iryna REDKA, young scientists and students of higher medical education in the Ukrainian and English forms of education.

This year, the main areas of scientific research of the department were: the state of environmental objects in wartime conditions, their impact on the health of the population, the level of formation of healthy lifestyle skills among students.

Based on the results of the meeting, speeches were planned at the "Hygiene and Social Medicine" section of the conference, the topics of the reports were approved, and publications in professional journals were planned.
