The staff of the Department of of Propaedeutics of Internal Medicine and Physical Rehabilitation includes 5 Candidates of Medicine, 4 Associate Professors; 17 Assistants without academic degree; 3 senior department assistants. The percentage of persons working full-time is 81%, and persons working part-time at the department – 19%.

The staff of the department undergo advanced training, specialization, pre-certification cycles, thematic improvement, etc. each year, including courses in pedagogical skills and courses on the introduction of innovative Internet technologies and distance learning in the educational process in order to support the high scientific and pedagogical level.
