On June 11, 2022, an employee of the Simulation Center for Medical Training of the School of Medicine of V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, a combat medic, who saved hundreds of lives, a volunteer, colleague, friend and free man - Eugene Hrapko died.

The administration, research and teaching staff and the student community express their condolences to family and friends and share the pain of loss. It is very painful to lose such young, energetic, talented people, true patriots, who gave their lives for the bright future of Ukraine, for its freedom and independence.
