On March 23-25, 2020 the School of Medicine of V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University was visited by a delegation from ‘Medipol Mega’ Hospital Complex (Medipol Mega Üniversite Hastanesi) at Istanbul University ‘Medipol’ headed by the international department coordinator of the clinic Ujagan Ustyur. The event was attended by the President of the Karazin University, Academician V. S. Bakirov, Dean of the School of Medicine, Doctor of Medicine, Full Professor I. V. Belozorov, heads of departments, instructors and students of the School.
The main purpose of the event was to discuss prospects of mutually beneficial academic and educational cooperation, experience exchange and elaboration of shared research projects in the course of Karazin University Clinic development.
The delegation visited the state institution “Specialized Medical Care Facility №13”, which is a clinical base of the Department of Propaedeutics of Internal Medicine and Physical Rehabilitation of the School of Medicine and also serves as a base for the University Clinic which is being developed. The head of the department, Candidate of Medicine, Asociate Professor M. S. Brynza took part in discussion of the curriculum for doctors training at the School of Medicine in order to implement an inter-university program of student exchange for students from both universities and set up close cooperation in resolving diagnostic challenges.
We hope for future fruitful, mutually profitable cooperation together with ‘Medipol Mega’ Hospital Complex!
