Students of the School of Medicine initiated a charity event and helped future colleagues - medical workers of the Kharkiv Regional Clinical Infectious Diseases Hospital

At the initiative of a 6th year students of the School of Medicine of V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University Alina Bessonova, Victoria Biletska and her classmates a few weeks earlier, a charity event was raised to raise funds among students of the School of Medicine and the university, scientific and pedagogical staff and not indifferent Ukrainians. The purpose of the action was to purchase the necessary personal protective equipment for medical workers of the Kharkiv Regional Clinical Infectious Diseases Hospital, which is preparing to be the first to defend residents of the Kharkiv region from coronavirus infection.

During the charity event, which was attended by students, teachers, the administration of the School of Medicine and other Ukrainians, activists raised about 35,000 UAH, for which personal protective equipment was purchased (procurement report and quality certificates of the purchased products are attached). On April 8, 2020they transferred it to the administration of the Kharkiv Regional Clinical Infectious Diseases Hospital.
