The meeting within the framework of the educational project "Neurological control"

On the 17th of October 2019, the meeting within the framework of the educational project "Neurological control" was held. The event was organized by the representatives of the Ukrainian Medical Students’ Association in V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, in the framework of the Medical Education Committee (SCOME), on the basis of the State Organization “Institute of Neurology, Psychiatry and Narcology of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine”, with the support of the Department of Clinical Neurology, Psychiatry and Narcology of V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, within the framework of the university program "Students health".

Students had the opportunity to analyze a clinical case of Wilsons' disease and multiple sclerosis, the main aspects of treatment, as well as to develop practical skills.

The UMSA-Karazin team is grateful to Doctor of Medicine, Full Professor, the leading researcher of the Institute of Neurology, Psychiatry and Addiction of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine Ivan Voloshyn-Gaponov and to junior researcher, neurosurgeon Dager Nasif Ilyas for support in organizing the project and the desire to share their experience and knowledge with students!
