Students and staff of the School of Medicine are participants of the action devoted to World First Aid Day

On September 8, 2018, the action dedicated to the World First Aid Day, organized by Kharkiv Regional Red Cross Society of Ukraine with the support of the School of Medicine of V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University was held. The action was carried out using 50 mannequins, on which the skills of cardiopulmonary resuscitation were worked out for the composition of Stayin Alive of the British group Bee Gees. The rhythm of the composition coincides with the recommended frequency of pressing during indirect cardiac massage.

Participation in the action was accepted by the dean of the School of Medicine, Doctor of Medicine, full professor I. V. Belozerov, staff and students of the School of Medicine, promoting the popularization of first aid skills among people.
