On February 14, 2018 by instructors of the Department of Human Anatomy of the School of Medicine of V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University in the course of the curatorial hour it was held the seminar on the topic “Nebesna Sotnya Heroes’ Day”.
Nebesna Sotnya Heroes’ Day is a memory day, celebrated in Ukraine on the 20th of February in honor of the exploit by participants of Dignity Revolution and immortalizing memory of Nebesna Sotnya heroes. The memory day was enacted with the decree by the President of Ukraine Petr Poroshenko on February 11, 2015for the purpose of immortalizing human, civil and national courage, strength of mind and tenacity of citizens having changed the vector of our state’s history; dignified respect to the feat by Nebesna Sotnya heroes having given their lives while Dignity Revolution (November 2013 – February 2014) in aid of democracy ideals, defending human rights and freedoms and the future of Ukraine as an European state.
