On May 23-24, 2017 in Kharkiv National Medical University the scientific-practical conference with international participation "Bioethics and Biosafety: Multidisciplinary Approach" was held where the full professor of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of the School of Medicine of V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University O. M. Fedota took part and delivered a report.
The conference was attended by physicians-therapists, epidemiologists, infectious disease specialists, cardiologists, phthisiatricians, geneticists, transplantologists, oncologists, reproductive specialists, endocrinologists, nephrologists, family doctors, experts in bioethics, biosafety, philosophy and related specialties from Ukraine and countries of the near and far abroad. During the conference a discussion of current bioethical issues as science, biosafety and bioethical issues in clinical, scientific and experimental medicine was held.
