Students of the School of Medicine - participants and prize-winners of the All-Ukrainian Olympiad on "Psychiatry and Narcology" and "Medical Psychology"

On April 24-26, 2017 at the Department of Psychiatry, Narcology and Medical Psychology of Kharkiv National Medical University the 2nd round of the All-Ukrainian Student Olympiad on "Psychiatry and Narcology" and "Medical Psychology" was held. In the section "Psychiatry and Narcology" 29 students took part, including 3 students of the School of Medicine of V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University: student of the 6th year Inesa Y. Samodayeva, students of the 5th year Ol'ha Y. Chayka and Ilona Vasylivna Hrytsenko; And in the section "Medical Psychology" - 27 students, including 2 students of the 4th year of the School of Medicine: Anna-Mariya Volodymyrivna Petryk and Kateryna Oleksiyivna Hubaryeva.

According to the results of the jury's assessments of the Olympiad the 5th year student of the School of Medicine of V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University Ol'ha Y. Chayka received a diploma "For excellent mastery of the skills of clinical research" and the 4th year student of the School of Medicine of V. N.Karazin Kharkiv National University - a diploma "For excellent knowledge of psychodiagnostic methods" and prizes from Kharkiv National Medical University.

On April 26, 2017 the participants of the Olympiad took part in the conference "Topical Issues of Neuroscience", during which the School of Medicine of V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University was introduced by the 5th year student Khrystyna O. Sklyar (scientific supervisors: Doctor of Medicine, full professor V. I. Ponomar'ov, Doctor of Medicine, full professor Y. H. Dubyenko, Candidate of Medicine, associate professor I. B. Savyts'ka) ), which, according to the results of the jury's assessments, took the 3rd place.
