On April 26-28, 2017 the II stage of the All-Ukrainian student olympiad on obstetrics and gynecology was held on the basis of the Ivano-Frankivsk National Medical University. Participation in the event was accepted by students of 4-6 courses of all medical higher educational institutions of Ukraine, of which representatives of the School of Medicine of V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University were only students of the 4th year. They were awarded with diplomas for courage and author's manuals on obstetrics and gynecology.
The Olympiad included three stages: testing, a practical tour and an oral part with the solution of situational tasks.
The School of Medicine of V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University was presented at the Olympiad by 4-year students Kseniya Romanovs'ka and Danyl Volkov who demonstrated a high level of theoretical knowledge and practical skills, ability to make decisions in emergency situations and solve complex clinical problems.
