December 9, took place the regular meeting of the student scientific society of human anatomy, functioning on the basis of the Department of Human Anatomy. During the meeting, the first-year students were taken in society.
Student scientific society of the human anatomy works at the Department of Human Anatomy since its opening. The plans of the student scientific society, except for an in-depth study of specific issues of human anatomy, great attention is paid to work on the production of anatomical specimens. During the first year in the work of society took place more than 40 students of the first and second courses. Members of the group participated actively in the design and equipment of the anatomical museum - they have made osteology and splanhology preparations. Society members are also actively take part in national and international scientific conferences of students and young scientists.
At the present time the activities of the society is conducted in two main directions - theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part includes conducting student seminars, during which students prepare reports and speak with them at meetings of the Society. The practical part includes the preparation of cadaveric material and manufacturing museum specimens for replenishment anatomical museum of the Department.
