The students of the School of Medicine – volunteers of the action “Day against AIDS”

On 1 December, 2016 at V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University an action that was dedicated to the World Day Against AIDS was held and was performed with the support of the Student Council of the University and the charity fund “Parus”. The students of the School of medicine acted as volunteers and one more time demonstrated their active social position.

During the action the students of the School of Medicine took part in increasing of youth awareness about HIV-infection and ways of non-specific prevention, dessimination of information materials, barrier contraception, ribbons and hot drinks.

An opportunity to pass the rapid tests for the presence of HIV-infection in specialized mobile laboratories was given for everyone.
