October 20, 2016, representatives of the Scientific Society of the Faculty of Medicine of the V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, with the support of the Ukrainian Medical Students Association (UMSA), organized campaign "Say “NO!” to cancer", dedicated to the National Day against breast cancer.
The main purpose of the event was the awareness of prevention, risk factors, and self-examination of early diagnosis of the disease. Desirous got comfortable, structured information about the methods of self-examination, as well as advice from experts and pleasant themed gifts.
The action was attended bymedical college students of Kharkiv Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education.
The members of the Scientific Society of the Faculty of Medicine of the V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, developed thematic survey. In the future, the results will be statistically processed, the statistics will be presented in social networks, scientific and practical journals.
